About Pink Pine

A small team doing big work.

We're Pink Pine Media - a Glasgow growth agency built on sharp strategy, genuine care, and an early bet on AI that changed everything about how we work.

A note from the founder

Hi, I'm Fiona. I started Pink Pine because I'd seen too many businesses pay agency prices for agency politics - layers of account managers, slow turnarounds, and strategy decks that never became anything real.

My background is corporate marketing. I was UK Marketing Manager at Smurfit Kappa - one of the world's largest packaging companies - within six months of joining, working directly with the CEO on large-scale campaigns across the UK. I learned commercial rigour there. Then I left to find out what I could build myself: an eCommerce brand, a stint in Canada, freelance years working with businesses that needed more than a pretty website.

Pink Pine is where all of that landed. We're deliberately small. When you work with us, you work with me - no layers, no filters, no internal translations. We don't take on every business that asks. We take on the ones we can genuinely help, and we go properly deep on each one.

Then AI arrived, and it changed everything about how we work.

A small team used to mean small capacity. Not any more. We rebuilt the whole business around AI from the ground up - research, campaign builds, content, reporting, automation. The thinking, the strategy and the standards are human. The heavy lifting isn't. It means we move at a speed and depth that used to need a team of fifteen, without losing the thing that makes a small agency worth hiring: you always know exactly who's doing your work, and why.

And underneath all of it, one rule that's been there since day one: kindness above all else. Inclusivity, honesty and genuine care aren't values on a poster here. They're how we choose clients, how we work, and why people stay with us for years.

The AI shift

How AI changed the way we do business.

Not a gimmick, not a feature - the operating system of the whole agency. Here's what AI-native actually means day to day.

Speed

Weeks of work in days

Research, audits, campaign builds and first drafts that used to take a fortnight now land in days - reviewed, refined and signed off by a human before anything ships.

Depth

Big-agency thinking, small-agency care

AI lets us analyse your market, competitors and data at a depth small agencies could never afford to. You get the insight without the invoice that usually comes with it.

Honesty

We practise what we sell

Every automation and AI system we recommend to clients runs inside our own business first. If it doesn't earn its keep here, we won't sell it to you there.

What hasn't changed: judgement, taste and accountability. AI does the heavy lifting. People make the decisions.

How we're different

Three things you won't get elsewhere.

01

AI-native from the start

We didn't bolt AI onto an old agency model - we built around it. Campaign builds, client research, content, reporting and automation, all AI-accelerated as a genuine operational advantage, not a gimmick.

02

Fewer clients, deeper work

We don't take on every business that asks. We take on businesses we can genuinely help, and we go properly deep on each one - which is why our clients tend to stay for years, not campaigns.

03

Strategy from the founder, not an account manager

When you work with Pink Pine, you work with Fiona. No layers, no filters, no internal translations - just direct access to the person responsible for your growth.

Kindness above all else.

Inclusivity, empowerment and genuine care - in business and beyond. It's been the rule since day one, and it's not changing.
